An Inland container yard in Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia to provide storage facilities for shipping containers and heavy equipments. It is located about 7km from the Tawau seaport and along the main road connecting Tawau to other regions of the Sabah state, thus making it an ideal regional transhipment hub between land vehicles and container ships.

Skudai Hotel

A proposed development project at Skudai, Johor by Hainan Development Sd Bhd. Located at the epicenter of the Iskandar Development, it is a 3 star 12 storey hotel, comprising 288 rooms on top of a 3 storey podium block containing the commercial components, car parking lots and supporting facilities.
